The Niederegger brand stands for a commitment to quality. Since 1806 Niederegger have been producing the finest quality marzipan in the historical city of Lubeck.

Carefully selected Mediterranean almonds are mixed with sugar and passed through several granite presses before the resulting paste is moved to copper kettles for roasting.

The result after roasting is a pure marzipan paste, all Niederegger products are made with 100% pure marzipan without adding further sugar to the pure paste.
