Bonbons Barnier - France

Since 1885 Bonbon Barnier have been producing high quality sugar confections in the traditional way. Bonbons are made in small batches and still cooked in copper pans, filled with real fruit pulp, nut praline or chocolate. The candies have a very fine sugar crust to give a flavour and texture not possible with modern mass produced bonbons.

Praline Bonbons: Hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds crushed with chocolate to make a rich praline filling, encased in a fine sugar crust.

The Mini Candies: Barnier invented the mini bonbon in 1974, to offer a full natural taste in a miniature sized bonbons.

Fruit Lollipops: Fruit flavoured lollipops in 10 flavours. An original shaped lollipop with bright fruit wrappers and fresh fruit flavours.

Regional Caramels: Pure butter caramels containing real fruit from different regions in France. The caramels contain up to 18% fruit to give a distinctive traditional texture and flavour.
